Grundfos KP Sump Pumps
- The Grundfos KP range is a multi-purpose portable pump for water removal, transfer and drainage. Ideal for ponds, waterfalls and fountains. A robust pump for continuously pumped applications, partly or completely submerged.
- Built in thermal cut out prevents the pump overheating in the event of dry running. Can handle solids in suspension of up 10mm in diameter.
- Supplied with 5m cable as standard.
- Can be fitted with a simple non-return flap valve.
- Complete with float switch for automatic operation (also available without float switch or with vertical float switch for confined space installation).
- The high quality specification of these pumps is reflected in the use of long life stainless steel components, and in addition all single phase models feature an automatic safety thermal cut-out switch built into the motor, to protect the pump in the event of overheating through dry-running.
- The wet rotor design enables the pump to withstand dry running for short periods, whilst the open impeller construction with sling and bevelled edge vanes prevents fibres and other debris from jamming the pump.
- A strainer at the base of the pump permits the passage of particles or solids in suspension upto 10mm in diameter for models KP150, KP250 and KP350.
- This pump is complete with 5 Metres of mains cable, standard floatswitch and has a 1 1/4" BSP Female discharge port.
