Applications

  • Ideal for irrigation of closely spaced row crops like sugarcane, cotton, banana, strawberry, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, chillies, melons, cucumber, floriculture, vegetables and spices.
  • Recommended for irrigation in green house/ shade house.
  • Suitable for subsurface and surface applications.
  • Seamless drip tape with integrated emitter strip welded inside. Seamless construction improves ability to withstand pressure fluctuations.
  • Clog Resistant, Wide Labyrinth Hydrodynamically designed wide & turbulent labyrinth prevents squirting and makes the emitter clog resistant.
  • Self Cleaning Emitter Emitters flexible bottom wall, expands and pushes any particulate matter that tends to block the flowpath.
  • Marked with Two Parallel Yellow Stripes `Twin- Line®´ Symbol of quality. It also helps to ensure upright positioning of the outlets.
  • Precision, Dual Entry Inlet Filters Dual entry filter segments allows water entry from two opposite sides to maintain unobstructed water flow. Multiple, fine inlet filters prevents the entrance of dirt.
    Laser Cut Slit Outlet Laser cut slit outlet closes down when system is depressurized. This prevents soil suction.
    Low Frictional Coefficient Its streamlined continuous flat emitter stripe offers minimum obstruction to flow. Gives very low frictional coefficient and helps to achieve longer running lengths.
  • Stringent Quality Check Each batch is tested for stringent quality parameters. Conforming to international standard ISO 9261.
  • Nominal Discharges : 0.5, 0.85, 0.95, 1.1, 1.3, 1.6 & 2.1 lph at 0.7 kg/cm² pressure. (0.16, 0.22, 0.25, 0.29, 0.34, 0.42 and 0.55 gph at 10 psi).
  • Outlet Spacing : Standard emitter spacing of 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm. (4″, 6″, 8″, 12″, 16″, 20″ and 24″). Any other outlet spacing can be supplied on demand.
