The Rainus Downpipe Filter solves the problem where customers who have had problems with blocked gulleypots or blocked underground pipework feeding into rainwater storrage systems. The Rainus Filter is ideal before soakaways, ponds and infiltration systems. This is the soakaway defender, taking the organic matter and windblown plastic away from the soakaway or rainwater tank It has a professional grade filter which filters out debris to below 1mm particle size. The Rainus is easy to monitor due to its location and will ned just claening once or twice a year for optimal efficiency.
- Filters and collects rainwater for storage in water butts and tanks.
- This unique filter works in the opposite way to most filters, all the debris and leaves are ejected from the side with the clean water continuing down the downpipe.
- Filter is made of Stainless Steel and can be easily removed for occasional cleaning.
- Installed on most downpipes the Rainus is 85 - 90% efficient.
- The standard Rainus fits 80mm, 90mm and 100mm down pipes. With the UK adapter it fits 68mm round and 65mm square down-pipes.
It does not fit 4" 110mm Downpipes
