Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched using several delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Parcelforce - your tracking details will be added to your order where available. Orders received before 12pm will aim to be dispatched the same day if we have the item in stock. 

Due to the collapse of Tuffnells - bulky items such as HPPE pipe/ PVC pipe may incur additional delivery charges - we will contact you if issues arise in getting such items to you.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch goods promptly, please note that occasionally parcels can be delayed due to problems with our logistics partners. 

To help reduce issues, please double check your delivery details for accuracy. 

When we get your order it goes out that day and Royal Mail collect parcels from us every day at 4-00pm.

The postage for goods up to 2kg is posted 1st Class Royal Mail (1-2 day service) Anything over 2kg is sent via a courier and will normally require a signature. Postage upgrades can be made to Next Day Delivery, Before Noon and Saturday Delivery, please contact the sales team for a price. We post into Europe and if the postage is not shown please contact the sales team where we will quote your item based on the most current Delivery rates. 

When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. After placing your order, you will see dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

We will however endeavour to complete delivery within 2-3 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. If we fail to deliver within the timescale advised, you may be entitled to a full refund. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.

Packaging

We are an environment centric business and as such we try to minimise our waste. Our packaging is usually recycled and/or recyclable and we make efficient use of packaging to minimise wastage. 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Every on-line transaction made is processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt information such as personal details and payment details through Sage Pay.

We take the issue of security very seriously and have taken every step possible to protect you.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Stock Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days, provided they are in as new condition and the buyer assumes return costs.

Goods Ordered in Error and Cancelled Orders: Goods ordered in error or cancelled orders by a customer will, on return, be subject to a minimum £15 handling charge and up to 15% restocking fee. Customer assumes liability for the return of incorrectly ordered goods.  Non Stock items orders in accordance with a customer’s requirements may only be returned with the approval of the manufacturer and will be subject to an additional handling charge and within 7 days.

 

Custom items including our assembled manifolds and cut length cables(charged per metre) are non-refundable. If you are unsure for any reason on what it is you are ordering please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help. 


Faulty Equipment: We will endeavour to supply only goods of the appropriate standard for use. In instances when the manufacturer has produced faulty goods we cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred. Every effort will be made to (i) ensure the manufacturer carries out suitable repairs if appropriate or (ii) ensure the manufacturer replaces faulty goods with those of the correct standard. Goods found to be misreported as faulty will incur restocking charges and shipping liability is held by the customer - products will be fully tested upon return to determine suitability and evidence provided with either outcome.

 

Many items carry a Manufacturers Guarantee and on such items details are supplied with the product on who to contact.

 Please Include a filled out copy of the returns form below with any returns you send back to us. This way we can process any refunds or replacements more efficiently. If we don't know where the package comes from, we will be unable to process any exchanges or refunds.

ORDERING

Ordering from Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd couldn’t be easier. Using the menu buttons on the left hand side of the screen browse through each product and select; this will add the product to your basket, and we will then tell you what is in stock and when you can expect it to be delivered. Once you have entered your payment and delivery address details we will confirm your order by email, giving you an estimated time of arrival and any further instructions needed.

 If you after a certain item you can type in the phrase into the keyword search box, which you’ll find at the top of every page. Then click Search and you’ll go directly to the product page - you’ll then be asked the quantity, before adding the item to your basket.

 

If you want to browse through a selection of items, type a keyword such as planters, or trays, into the keywords box "Click Search" and all the items matching your keyword will be displayed on screen. From there, you can refine your search until you are happy with the selection displayed for you to choose from.

Click on the category link at the top of the page, then choose the type of product you want. Click on items for more details, select the quantity you need, then simply add it to your shopping basket and take it to the checkout!

If you’re unsure on what you require call one of helpful sales who will be able to guide you to what you enquire and take the order over the phone.

SHOPPING BASKET

Viewing your basket allows you to clearly see any items that you have added to your basket. You can add or delete items as you wish. Once you are happy with the items in your basket, simply click on the Checkout button.

Please Note: The items will remain in your basket until you either convert your basket to an order or you choose to delete them yourself.

Please use our wish list feature if you would like to retain a basket in your account for a future project.

 

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

 

Payment Options

When is my credit card debited?

When the goods are dispatched, we will debit funds from your account overnight directly into our own. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we will only partially debit your card order. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Orders are dispatched immediately when using this payment method.

Bank Transfer

Shortly after placing your order we will email you a Pro Forma Invoice including our bank details. You should use the bank details to make payment electronically via your bank. If ordering by telephone we will fax/post a Pro Forma Invoice. Your order is dispatched once we receive cleared payment. Alternatively we may send you a link enabling to use your credit/debit card or paypal to make payment online using Opayo by Elavon. 

Pricing

All offers are made subject to goods being available. Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain prices quoted the right is reserved to invoice goods at prices ruling at the date of despatch. Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd. reserves the right to increase any prices in the price list without notification.
